Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Per-Oskar Viklund started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in BoomBaby FC's zone, Karl-Åke Vase stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fran De Paula came out of the goal and Karl-Åke Vase tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 7 minutes into the match, Ove Kilstedt notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Yxlan's Per Bammerman. Per Bammerman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Per Bammerman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Cebrian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fran De Paula made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Peter Telin sent off a good shot on target. Per-Oskar Viklund struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Per Bammerman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BoomBaby FC. Per-Åke Bolander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 18 minutes, Ove Kilstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BoomBaby FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ove Kilstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Greger Giöck during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Greger Giöck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 23 played minutes Yxlan got a freekick which was hit by Leif Hamnberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Åke Vase in the 29th minute of play forced BoomBaby FC's goalkeeper Fran De Paula to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Yxlan's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Cebrian came free, but Per Bammerman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Per-Oskar Viklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonny Sävström hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. When Marcus Emander fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yxlan's protests and gave Marcus Emander a yellow card for diving instead. 35 minutes into the game, one of Yxlan:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 37th minute there was a penalty for BoomBaby FC. Per-Oskar Viklund stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Per Bammerman. 0-2. After 40 minutes of play, BoomBaby FC's Felipe Cebrian made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Per Bammerman was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Felipe Cebrian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Per Bammerman was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karl-Åke Vase made a kick off. BoomBaby FC's Fran De Paula played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Åke Vase in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Leif Hamnberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fran De Paula saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Cebrian received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Per Bammerman came out and tried to block the shot, but Felipe Cebrian slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 56th minute. Ove Kilstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Per Bammerman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68thth minute of the game Felipe Cebrian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yxlan's Per Bammerman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 72nd minute Leif Hamnberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fran De Paula saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 76 minutes, Jimmie Björklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BoomBaby FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jimmie Björklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 78th minute, Felipe Cebrian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Karl-Åke Vase had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fran De Paula didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter Telin went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score.
