In the 20th minute Jack Refstrup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Widberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shen Shu Xi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orvar Ahlqvist during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Kush Kickers booed when DAlKURD FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Shen Shu Xi was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Shen Shu Xi in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jim Widberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Kush Kickers fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Kush Kickers's Shen Shu Xi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kush Kickers's Kjell Hernström was substituted for Kristian Nordal. Kush Kickers's Sven-Oskar Tunström was substituted for Shen Shu Xi. Kush Kickers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven-Oskar Tunström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kush Kickers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
