After a rather tough play, Valla IF's Viktor Pilberg got a free kick in the 4th minute. 8 minutes into the game, Valla IF's Björn Söderqwist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Calle Fastesson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Gottfrid Sandberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anders Hermansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute Kristian Ivarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gottfrid Sandberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Holger Rosén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gottfrid Sandberg came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Lillkyrka IK's Anders Hermansson. But to his dismay, Anders Hermansson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 22nd minute, Björn Söderqwist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Calle Fastesson. The goal made the score 2-1. Rickard Paulin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Calle Fastesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Lillkyrka IK's Calle Fastesson got control of the ball when Rickard Paulin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Holger Rosén could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Calle Fastesson made a huge save. Villiam Ahlroth hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Rickard Paulin notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Lillkyrka IK's Calle Fastesson. Calle Fastesson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 40 minutes into the match, Valla IF's goal looked a bit too open when Kristian Ivarsson came free, but Gottfrid Sandberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Valla IF booed when Lillkyrka IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anders Hermansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Calle Fastesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Lundblad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gottfrid Sandberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kristian Ivarsson went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henry Lundblad to make the kick off. Jerry Åman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gottfrid Sandberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. Lillkyrka IK's Calle Fastesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Björn Söderqwist in the 56th minute of play. Kristian Ivarssons short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Gottfrid Sandberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Calle Fastesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Lundblad in the 63rd minute of play. After 66 played minutes Kristian Ivarsson rounded Valla IF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-3. Gottfrid Sandberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kristian Ivarsson in the 80th minute. Gottfrid Sandberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristian Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Jerry Åman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gottfrid Sandberg. That made the score 3-4 in the 83 minute of play.
