Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rikard Enström kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Jesper Walmarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sten Lindsten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Rikard Enström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sten Lindsten was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Rikard Enström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rikard Enström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sten Lindsten having to make a save. In the 13th minute, Bengt-Åke Palmkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sten Lindsten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikard Enström in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Vedum FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rikard Enström fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With his leg Sten Lindsten managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Hässelby's Rikard Enström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sten Lindsten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rikard Enström, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Hässelby's Sven-Oskar Albom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Åke Ahlin in the 22nd minute of play. Rikard Enström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Lindsten having to interfere. Bengt-Åke Ahlin kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. If Rikard Enström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rikard Enström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Sten Lindsten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Hässelby's Rikard Enström slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sten Lindsten. That made the score 3-0 after 43 minutes of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bengt-Åke Ahlin to strike the kick off in the second half. Bengt-Åke Ahlin's late challenge caught a Hässelby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bengt-Åke Ahlin helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Vedum FK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Bengt-Åke Ahlin hit a great ball. Hässelby's Jesper Walmarsson got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfred Lundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vedum FK's goalkeeper Sten Lindsten, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Vedum FK's zone, Alfred Lundberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sten Lindsten came out of the goal and Alfred Lundberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rikard Enström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Lindsten having to interfere. Jesper Walmarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Lindsten having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Rikard Enström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hässelby's supporters rose to their feet, but Rikard Enström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sten Lindsten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Rikard Enström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rikard Enström might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sten Lindsten. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rikard Enström ran back to his position shaking his head. Rikard Enström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Lindsten having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Vedum FK's Olof Samuelsson got a free kick in the 88th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Hässelby's goalkeeper Sven-Oskar Albom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt-Åke Palmkvist. After having played for 92 minutes, Bengt-Åke Ahlin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vedum FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bengt-Åke Ahlin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jesper Walmarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Sten Lindsten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Hässelby were the better team. Hässelby's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
