An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Magnus Pilblad in the 4th minute of play forced Sibiriska SportSällskapet's goalkeeper Edwin Kinnman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Sibiriska SportSällskapet's Lars Ström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elof Qvarnström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, Kakmonstret BK's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Lindberg came free, but Elof Qvarnström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manfred Nyqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11thth minute of the game Börje Lindberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kakmonstret BK's Elof Qvarnström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Börje Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 13th match minute, Kakmonstret BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Åke Dahlman to maneuver through the defense. If Börje Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manfred Nyqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elof Qvarnström having to make a save. Börje Lindberg scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elof Qvarnström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 27 minutes, Börje Lindberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sibiriska SportSällskapet's supporters crossed their fingers, but Börje Lindberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Lars Ström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Sibiriska SportSällskapet booed when Kakmonstret BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Magnus Pilblad didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Börje Lindberg sped through Kakmonstret BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elof Qvarnström. Elof Qvarnström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börje Lindberg in the 34th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Börje Lindberg in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elof Qvarnström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 39 minutes, Börje Lindberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sibiriska SportSällskapet's supporters crossed their fingers, but Börje Lindberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sibiriska SportSällskapet's Edwin Kinnman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Sibiriska SportSällskapet from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute, Lennart Lundhberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kakmonstret BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl-Magnus Pilblad to make the kick off. Sibiriska SportSällskapet's Lars Ström got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 53rd match minute, Kakmonstret BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Åkerman to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the game, Sven-Åke Dahlman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kakmonstret BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sibiriska SportSällskapet the free kick. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kakmonstret BK's goalkeeper Elof Qvarnström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 62 minutes into the match, Sibiriska SportSällskapet's Börje Lindberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elof Qvarnström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Elof Qvarnström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Börje Lindberg went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Elof Qvarnström made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Börje Lindberg sent off a good shot on target. 79 minutes into the match, Kakmonstret BK's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Lindberg came free, but Elof Qvarnström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Åke Dahlman got his second yellow card in the match during the 80th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Sven-Åke Dahlman hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Börje Lindberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elof Qvarnström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Alf Öman struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Elof Qvarnström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sibiriska SportSällskapet. With a little luck, Kakmonstret BK's Elof Qvarnström got control of the ball when Börje Lindberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Börje Lindberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elof Qvarnström was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Börje Lindberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Elof Qvarnström made a huge save. After 94 played minutes Kakmonstret BK got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Magnus Pilblad. Elof Qvarnström was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Robin Larsson. When the final whistle sounded Sibiriska SportSällskapet left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kakmonstret BK.
