Spectators: 7269 (Terracing: 5474, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 145) Brämhult FK's Aleksander Björkqvist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Verner Elg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hornmyr IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Verner Elg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Wästerberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 5 played minutes Brämhult FK got a freekick which was hit by Bo-Erik Magnusson. Verner Elg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aaron Wästerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kajetan Borowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Hornmyr IK's Erik Anselius slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aaron Wästerberg. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Hornmyr IK's Thiago da Mata got a free kick in the 20th minute. Kajetan Borowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Wästerberg having to interfere. Aaron Wästerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Anselius in the 26th minute of play. Robert Przybyciel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of Brämhult FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hornmyr IK:s goal. Aaron Wästerberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Anselius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Verner Elg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kajetan Borowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Aaron Wästerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Brämhult FK's Aaron Wästerberg got control of the ball when Verner Elg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Brämhult FK's Aaron Wästerberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Brämhult FK from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik Anselius made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Brämhult FK's Daniel Björklund got a free kick in the 56th minute. Kajetan Borowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Aaron Wästerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Henric Berg fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brämhult FK's protests and gave Henric Berg a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Hornmyr IK booed when Brämhult FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henric Berg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Verner Elg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hornmyr IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Aaron Wästerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Anselius in the 70th minute of play. Aaron Wästerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verner Elg in the 72nd minute of the match. After 75 played minutes Brämhult FK got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Björklund. If Erik Anselius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Wästerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Verner Elg in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Brämhult FK's goal looked a bit too open when Verner Elg came free, but Aaron Wästerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brämhult FK's Aaron Wästerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Anselius in the 84th minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Erik Anselius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Aaron Wästerberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Verner Elg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aleksander Björkqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aleksander Björkqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Brämhult FK getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Aleksander Björkqvist hit a great ball. In the 96th minute, Verner Elg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hornmyr IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. When the referee ended the match the Hornmyr IK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
