Spectators: 6683 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Verner Asserlind took the kick off in the first half of the match. 9 minutes into the match, David Beckman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Håkan Albom. Latikberg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Beckman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Håkan Albom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Beckman in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute Cyryl Raszkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Håkan Albom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Olof Melin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Håkan Albom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kalle Drewitz in the 21st minute of play. In the 25th match minute, Latikberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Kråk to maneuver through the defense. Karlsborgs BK's Edward Kaxe couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Latikberg. After a rather tough play, Latikberg's Olof Melin got a free kick in the 37th minute. When Karlsborgs BK's Cyryl Raszkiewicz in 38 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Håkan Albom guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Håkan Albom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Beckman in the 41st minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Beckman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olof Melin during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 53 played minutes Latikberg got a freekick which was hit by Olof Melin. After having played for 54 minutes, Edward Kaxe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karlsborgs BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edward Kaxe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Latikberg's goalkeeper Håkan Albom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kalle Drewitz. After 61 played minutes Karlsborgs BK got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Jurdan. Latikberg's Concetto De Filippo got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Karlsborgs BK's Emanuel Jurdan got a free kick in the 64th minute. Emanuel Jurdan kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kim Britz during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th minute, Kim Britz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute Kalle Drewitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Håkan Albom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Verner Asserlind in the 87th minute of play forced Karlsborgs BK's goalkeeper Kasper Åhman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olof Melin lost his temper 92 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 91st minute, one of Latikberg:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Latikberg. When the match had been going on for 94 minutes, Karlsborgs BK's Edward Kaxe got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Håkan Albom. Karlsborgs BK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
