After a rather tough play, Black Guerilla Army's Tomas Kleen got a free kick in the 19th minute. Daniel Zumista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pontus Ingvall having to interfere. KELLY´S HJÄLTAR IF's Ulrik Skytt got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of KELLY´S HJÄLTAR IF booed when Black Guerilla Army was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Börge Gunnarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute Ulrik Skytt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Ingvall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KELLY´S HJÄLTAR IF's Vincent Månsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save KELLY´S HJÄLTAR IF from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zumista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Zumista struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Pontus Ingvall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KELLY´S HJÄLTAR IF. Pontus Ingvall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulrik Skytt, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute Mathias Bengtsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent Månsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Mathias Bengtsson made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulrik Skytt in the 51st minute of play forced Black Guerilla Army's goalkeeper Pontus Ingvall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Black Guerilla Army's zone, Jan-Ove Dahlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pontus Ingvall came out of the goal and Jan-Ove Dahlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pontus Ingvall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulrik Skytt in the 59th minute of the match. After 62 played minutes Black Guerilla Army got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Kleen. After 66 minutes of play, KELLY´S HJÄLTAR IF's Jan-Ove Dahlberg made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pontus Ingvall was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pontus Ingvall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zumista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pontus Ingvall made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Jan-Ove Dahlberg sent off a good shot on target. After 89 minutes, Ulrik Skytt made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Black Guerilla Army's Pontus Ingvall tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulrik Skytt got free with Pontus Ingvall in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. KELLY´S HJÄLTAR IF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
