Isac Bergqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to Vargön Social Club getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jens-Ola Arhenius hit a great ball. Isac Bergqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig Arvidsson in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig Arvidsson in the 21st minute of play forced Vargön Social Club's goalkeeper Isac Bergqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Oskaras Garnys came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Målilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oskaras Garnys couldn't finish the play. When Ola Bratt fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Målilla's protests and gave Ola Bratt a yellow card for diving instead. Olle Mossberg came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Vargön Social Club's Birger Dahlqvist. But to his dismay, Birger Dahlqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Isac Bergqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig Arvidsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
