Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonatan Lundström made a kick off. Torbjörn Winström charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The crowd rose to their feet as Göteborgs United's Isac Ljungberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anthon Bogren. That made the score 1-3 after 83 minutes of play. Anthon Bogren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Ljungberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Bruksvallarna BK's goal looked a bit too open when Isac Ljungberg came free, but Anthon Bogren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Göteborgs United played a much better game than Bruksvallarna BK and deserved their victory. The Bruksvallarna BK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
