Lilla edet's Stig-Ove Karlsson shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 66th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Rune Ålberg but with some difficulty. Emanuel Sundén's late challenge caught a Lilla edet's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Sundén helped the player get up and apologised. Lilla edet's Alf Örn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Malmström in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Fabian Malmström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alf Örn was relentless in the 75th minute of the game.
