Pittnäs's Sakarias Lindkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Kiempe in the 5th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Stefan Andberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kby IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 21st minute, David Nordstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Michael Kiempe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sakarias Lindkvist. Pittnäs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michael Kiempe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 31st match minute, Kby IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Odeen to maneuver through the defense. Pittnäs's Sebastian Juhlin got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. David Nordstedt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Harald Helström made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klas Billberg got free with Harald Helström in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes into the match, Michael Kiempe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sakarias Lindkvist. Pittnäs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michael Kiempe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 44th minute Michael Kiempe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakarias Lindkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Pittnäs players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kby IF were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eric Odeen to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Klas Billberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harald Helström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pittnäs's Sakarias Lindkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Pittnäs from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Pittnäs's 庞阳川 got a free kick in the 60th minute. Kby IF's Harald Helström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Gustavsson in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute of the game Jerry Flinck made a throw-in which Eric Odeen played forward. When Kby IF's Michael Kiempe in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pittnäs's goalie prevented a goal. After 75 played minutes Kby IF got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Strömberg. After 79 played minutes Pittnäs got a freekick which was hit by Klas Billberg. After a rather tough play, Kby IF's Joachim Spets got a free kick in the 81st minute. If Michael Kiempe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sakarias Lindkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Andberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Kby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Gustavsson came free, but Harald Helström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
