David Alebom scored 1-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johannes Blixt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. David Alebom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johannes Blixt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Sune Larsfält sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When David Alebom came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Glömsta BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Alebom couldn't finish the play. If David Alebom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 played minutes Glömsta BK got a freekick which was hit by Axel Åman. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 55thth minute of the game David Alebom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PAOK1926's Johannes Blixt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 57 played minutes PAOK1926 got a freekick which was hit by Kenneth Bergström. After 62 minutes of play, PAOK1926's Evert Svartengren made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeo Seme was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of PAOK1926 booed when Glömsta BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sune Larsfält didn't get a good kick on the ball. Glömsta BK's Jan-Ove Hafström was substituted for Arne Boberg. Amadeo Seme came out of the goal and Evert Svartengren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 84 played minutes PAOK1926 got a freekick which was hit by Kenneth Bergström. The audience was convinced that David Alebom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Johannes Blixt was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Jan-Ove Hafström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glömsta BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan-Ove Hafström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johannes Blixt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Glömsta BK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
