Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gustaf Runberg started the match with the kick off. Knut Helander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrik Rudkvist having to interfere. Ramnäs's Patrik Rudkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thor Offendahl in the 7th minute of play. Thor Offendahl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patrik Rudkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thor Offendahl in the 11th minute of play forced Ramnäs's goalkeeper Patrik Rudkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hans Josefsson fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ramnäs's protests and gave Hans Josefsson a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ramnäs's Hans Josefsson got a free kick in the 12th minute. A collision led to Dundee United getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Frank Åberg hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Dundee United's Sebastian Lövgren got a free kick in the 20th minute. 22 minutes in the game Helge Billock after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved David Törnblom. A very good opportunity. David Törnblom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaf Runberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th match minute, Dundee United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bülent Irmak to maneuver through the defense. If Joar Runeberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Dundee United's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaf Runberg came free, but David Törnblom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 35 minutes, Thor Offendahl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dundee United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thor Offendahl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bülent Irmak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Patrik Rudkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustaf Runberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Törnblom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaf Runberg in the 40th minute of the match. Gustaf Runberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. David Törnblom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Thor Offendahl made the kick off in the second half. Joar Runeberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Törnblom having to interfere. Thor Offendahl succeeded in the game's 59th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Sebastian Lövgren kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. When Thor Offendahl came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Dundee United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thor Offendahl couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the match, Knut Helander had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrik Rudkvist. Ramnäs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Knut Helander was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 75 minutes of play, Ramnäs's Gustaf Runberg made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Törnblom was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joar Runeberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Törnblom read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Gustaf Runberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. David Törnblom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Joar Runeberg notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Dundee United's David Törnblom. David Törnblom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Dundee United getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Claes Hedberg hit a great ball. Gustaf Runberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Törnblom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joar Runeberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 96th minute Gustaf Runberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Törnblom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
