Spectators: 6995 (Terracing: 5370, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Johannes Olsmann started the match with the kick off. Rabbalshede's Ove Alefors played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egon Källberg in the 5th minute of play. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Johannes Olsmann sped through Högsby Hooligans IK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Roland Odin. 14 minutes into the match, Högsby Hooligans IK's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Olsmann came free, but Roland Odin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johannes Olsmann hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Johannes Olsmann scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roland Odin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd minute, Egon Källberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ove Alefors, passed just outside the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcus Högman during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcus Högman kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Martin Hake fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ove Alefors having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Högsby Hooligans IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Örjan Almqvist to maneuver through the defense. Högsby Hooligans IK's Roland Odin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Olsmann in the 33rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Örjan Almqvist during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rabbalshede's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Reine Strömberg scored to the left of an out of position Ove Alefors, making the score, 1-2. Rabbalshede's Ove Alefors played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dag Vidman in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Reine Strömberg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Martin Hake recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute Johannes Olsmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Odin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reine Strömberg was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Rabbalshede getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Vilhelm Haraldsson hit a great ball. In the 57th match minute, Rabbalshede was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Ekrot to maneuver through the defense. Egon Källberg kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Eric Kilberg charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eric Kilberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Högsby Hooligans IK's Eric Kilberg got a free kick in the 61st minute. 62 minutes into the game, Rabbalshede's Johannes Olsmann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roland Odin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 69 minutes into the match, Rabbalshede's goal looked a bit too open when Dag Vidman came free, but Ove Alefors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dag Vidman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ove Alefors read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Rabbalshede's Johannes Olsmann got a free kick in the 74th minute. Ove Alefors took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Hylander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roland Odin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sverker Alebeck in the 79th minute of play. Högsby Hooligans IK's Roland Odin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Lövskog in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Martin Hake got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Högsby Hooligans IK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rabbalshede's performance. The match ended with a win for Rabbalshede.
