The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Linqvist during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Göteborgs Rape XR booed when Grödinge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Linqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severino Faustino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jens-Åke Odeen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Faustino in the 44th minute of play forced Grödinge's goalkeeper Jens-Åke Odeen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Alén was the one to do the kick off. Jens-Åke Odeen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Faustino in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Göteborgs Rape XR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hjalmar Nyström to maneuver through the defense. Borys Gdaniec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Alén, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Ezequiel Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Åke Odeen having to interfere. Ezequiel Nascimento struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Jens-Åke Odeen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Göteborgs Rape XR. Ali Behzat Onaran kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Max Askelöf hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Borys Gdaniec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Alén, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 77th match minute, Göteborgs Rape XR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars-Erik Dahlman to maneuver through the defense. Ezequiel Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Göteborgs Rape XR's supporters rose to their feet, but Severino Faustino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezequiel Nascimento couldn't finish the play. Göteborgs Rape XR were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
