After 8 minutes, Rune Hybbert made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Skälvik's Bernt Abrahamsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rune Hybbert struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Bernt Abrahamsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C.SYRIA. F.C.SYRIA's attentive Sivert Uggla managed to snatch the ball when Ove Lundström made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. With his leg Bernt Abrahamsson managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when F.C.SYRIA's Rune Hybbert fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Per-Åke Klementsson struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Bernt Abrahamsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C.SYRIA. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rune Hybbert in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernt Abrahamsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Per-Åke Klementsson got in the 28th minute the ball and tried a long shot which scored to the left of Bernt Abrahamsson and thus it was 2-0. In the 36th minute Fritz Lundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Oskar Caspersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Max Andersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rune Hybbert to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Skälvik booed when F.C.SYRIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sivert Uggla didn't get a good kick on the ball. F.C.SYRIA's Sven-Oskar Caspersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Lindholm in the 57th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Max Andersson got free with Sven-Oskar Caspersson in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 60 minutes into the game, Rune Hybbert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Bernt Abrahamsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. F.C.SYRIA's Sven-Oskar Caspersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save F.C.SYRIA from getting a goal against them. Bernt Abrahamsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Hybbert in the 65th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the game, F.C.SYRIA's Rune Hybbert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernt Abrahamsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Skälvik's zone, Rune Hybbert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernt Abrahamsson came out of the goal and Rune Hybbert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rune Hybbert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Per-Åke Klementsson came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the F.C.SYRIA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per-Åke Klementsson couldn't finish the play. The F.C.SYRIA fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when F.C.SYRIA's Rune Hybbert looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 92nd match minute, F.C.SYRIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sture Vennerlund to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Per-Åke Klementsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. F.C.SYRIA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
