Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sem De Kelper kicked off to start the match. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sem De Kelper in the 3rd minute. After having played for 7 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Arnout Reekers managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when De Keikoppers's Sem De Kelper fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lionel Van Den Broek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sem De Kelper got free with Arnout Reekers in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sem De Kelper in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Sem De Kelper came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lionel Van Den Broek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lionel Van Den Broek having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. In the 51st minute Sem De Kelper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 53 played minutes De Keikoppers got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Eijkens. Bas Tuitert hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. De Keikoppers's Lionel Van Den Broek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save De Keikoppers from getting a goal against them. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Huveneers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of De Keikoppers booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathijn Doctor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes, De Keikoppers's Rolf Huveneers shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arnout Reekers came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in De Keikoppers reached it. Lionel Van Den Broek was a little too slow when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-1. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sem De Kelper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lionel Van Den Broek came out and tried to block the shot, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 78th minute. Lionel Van Den Broek was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 82 minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, De Keikoppers's goalkeeper Lionel Van Den Broek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. With a little luck, De Keikoppers's Lionel Van Den Broek got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Lionel Van Den Broek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Netherlands's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
