Spectators: 7109 (Terracing: 5418, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 30) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Rang started the match with the kick off. With an all-out effort, Hällefors BK's Ludvig Säfström threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fredrik Kristiansson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Börge Hallgren got free with Ludvig Säfström in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ludvig Säfström came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Hällefors BK's Börge Hallgren. But to his dismay, Börge Hallgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Grangärde's attentive Christian Lund managed to snatch the ball when Hjalmar Uggla made a throw-in in the 11th minute of the game. Börge Hallgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ludvig Säfström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Kristiansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 25th match minute, Hällefors BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hjalmar Uggla to maneuver through the defense. Per Nyberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darijus Bučys having to interfere. Leif Tidén took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Darijus Bučys. Hällefors BK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Grangärde's Joel Rang got a free kick in the 38th minute. Kurt Rosin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

If Fredrik Kristiansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute Joel Rang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darijus Bučys saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sten Galle made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Grangärde's Ian Söderqwist. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Joel Rang took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Darijus Bučys to make any attempt to save it. When Ian Söderqwist came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Grangärde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ian Söderqwist couldn't finish the play. Darijus Bučys showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Rang in the 80th minute of the match. Grangärde's attentive Kurt Rosin managed to snatch the ball when Bengt-Rune Skröder made a throw-in in the 84th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Joel Rang sped through Hällefors BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Darijus Bučys. Joel Rang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Grangärde could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hällefors BK throughout the match.
