Spectators: 7274 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Timmy Andersson made the kick off which started today's match. Ljungsarp IK's Edgar Linqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Holmberg in the 3rd minute of play. Oskar Holmberg got in the 5th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Edgar Linqvist handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Edgar Linqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Trillkott in the 7th minute of play. Edgar Linqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Trillkott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oskar Holmberg struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Edgar Linqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Östervåla IF. Edgar Linqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Mattsson in the 17th minute of play. If Roger Mattsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgar Linqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Holmberg in the 22nd minute of the match. Edgar Linqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Hultstrand in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Oskar Holmberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ljungsarp IK's Edgar Linqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Timmy Andersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Ahlström having to interfere. After having played for 34 minutes, Arne Trillkott managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Östervåla IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arne Trillkott was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oskar Holmberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ljungsarp IK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Zebastian Hamberg hit a great ball. Edgar Linqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Hultstrand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel Hermansson kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Maximilian Pihlberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edgar Linqvist. Ljungsarp IK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After the first half Östervåla IF were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

53 minutes into the match, Östervåla IF's Oskar Holmberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgar Linqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oskar Holmberg took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Linqvist. Edgar Linqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Holmberg in the 60th minute of play forced Ljungsarp IK's goalkeeper Edgar Linqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Linqvist was a little too slow when Oskar Holmberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 0-5. After 69 played minutes Östervåla IF got a freekick which was hit by Axel Hultstrand. Åke Backlund took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gustav Ahlström. Östervåla IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 71st minute, Malcolm Valström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Östervåla IF's Roger Mattsson got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgar Linqvist was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Oskar Holmberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Oskar Holmberg really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. In the 80th minute Oskar Holmberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Linqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 86 minutes, Roger Mattsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Östervåla IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Mattsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute, Oskar Holmberg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Arne Trillkott who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Edgar Linqvist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Holmberg in the 92nd minute of play forced Ljungsarp IK's goalkeeper Edgar Linqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ljungsarp IK's zone, Roger Mattsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Linqvist came out of the goal and Roger Mattsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Östervåla IF's Maximilian Pihlberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edgar Linqvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Östervåla IF played a much better game than Ljungsarp IK and deserved their victory. The Ljungsarp IK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
