Carlos Augusto Lopez started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, 孙彬扬 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastian Norström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ola Gabrielsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcus Vesterberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ola Gabrielsson ran back to his position shaking his head. 孙彬扬 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Sebastian Norström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Carlos Augusto Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Norström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Augusto Lopez in the 22nd minute of the match. When Carlos Augusto Lopez came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Twilight fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Augusto Lopez couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Njjuupparnas IK defense, 孙彬扬 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Norström. The Njjuupparnas IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Norström should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Njjuupparnas IK's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Augusto Lopez came free, but Sebastian Norström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Twilight's 孙彬扬 in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Njjuupparnas IK's goalie prevented a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ingvar Tham to make the kick off. Njjuupparnas IK's Wiktor Dalkvist was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcus Vesterberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sebastian Norström was a little too slow when 孙彬扬 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-3. After 59 minutes, Richard Boklund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Twilight and the Njjuupparnas IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Twilight's Richard Boklund got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the last second Sebastian Norström throw himself and got hold of the ball when Carlos Augusto Lopez in the 66thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Sixten Allbom hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 孙彬扬 in the 68th minute of play forced Njjuupparnas IK's goalkeeper Sebastian Norström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When 孙彬扬 came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Twilight fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 孙彬扬 couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute, Twilight's 孙彬扬 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. The goalkeeper, Sebastian Norström, was totally fooled by Twilight's Harry Hedman, who 82 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Ingvar Tham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Twilight supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Twilight would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
