Melker Lindgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Duset in the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Röane FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lennart Olsson came free, but Melker Lindgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Lennart Olsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TELGETOKARNAS FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 26th minute, Röane FC's Christer Lundström seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Christer Lundström the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Röane FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Christer Lundström had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Melker Lindgren had in the 28thth minute some difficulties stopping Brian Björkkvist's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Brian Björkkvist scored 0-2 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Melker Lindgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 30 minutes into the match, Röane FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Lööf came free, but Melker Lindgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Röane FC's Melker Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Lööf in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Rudolf Lööf left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Sixten Knopp kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincent Duset in the 46th minute of play forced Röane FC's goalkeeper Melker Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd minute Rudolf Lööf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melker Lindgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 minutes of play, TELGETOKARNAS FC's Fritz Hammarbäck made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Melker Lindgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Röane FC's Evert Berglund got a free kick in the 58th minute. Melker Lindgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennart Olsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Melker Lindgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vincent Duset went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. After 78 played minutes Röane FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Bergman. In the 79th minute of the match Fritz Hammarbäck sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Melker Lindgren skillfully saved the ball. Melker Lindgren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lennart Olsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 80 minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Röane FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Lööf came free, but Melker Lindgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A well done corner resulted in Rudolf Lööf drilling the ball in to score 0-7 behind Röane FC's goalkeeper. Röane FC's Melker Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Lööf in the 96th minute of play. The Röane FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. TELGETOKARNAS FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
