If Marcus Stålberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin Bokelund was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Joakim Ek capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joakim Ek really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Joakim Ek put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benjamin Bokelund. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcus Stålberg during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute, Marcus Stålberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joakim Ek in the 16th minute of play forced Årjäng's goalkeeper Benjamin Bokelund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamin Bokelund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niklas Caspersson in the 18th minute. Niklas Caspersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Benjamin Bokelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Bokelund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnny Nordström in the 25th minute of play. Benjamin Bokelund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niklas Caspersson in the 26th minute. Benjamin Bokelund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joakim Ek in the 30th minute of the match. Årjäng's Benjamin Bokelund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Årjäng from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Årjäng's Benjamin Bokelund got control of the ball when Gilbert Bäcklin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Torbjörn Fredriksson hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Norrsundet IFK's Fredrik Henriksson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benjamin Bokelund. Benjamin Bokelund yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Niklas Caspersson struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Benjamin Bokelund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Norrsundet IFK. Benjamin Bokelund made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Gilbert Bäcklin sent off a good shot on target. 44 minutes into the match, Årjäng's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Henriksson came free, but Benjamin Bokelund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjamin Bokelund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Bäcklin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Norrsundet IFK's Benjamin Bokelund threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Brian Bergman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcus Stålberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Edgar Brolin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Årjäng and the Norrsundet IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Norrsundet IFK booed when Årjäng was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Brolin didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joseph Åkerman in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Bokelund saved Årjäng from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Åkerman in the 55th minute of play forced Årjäng's goalkeeper Benjamin Bokelund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Årjäng's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Henriksson came free, but Benjamin Bokelund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Niklas Caspersson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Benjamin Bokelund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st minute, Herbert Pååk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjamin Bokelund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joseph Åkerman in the 63rd minute of the match. Benjamin Bokelund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Henriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Brian Bergman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benjamin Bokelund. Årjäng's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brian Bergman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Niklas Caspersson might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Bokelund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niklas Caspersson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 78th minute, Fredrik Henriksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 78 played minutes Årjäng got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Pååk. Joseph Åkerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Benjamin Bokelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Bokelund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joakim Ek's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Benjamin Bokelund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Carlsson in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Norrsundet IFK's Fredrik Henriksson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benjamin Bokelund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Kenneth Kielberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Stålberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Norrsundet IFK fully deserved thier win.
