Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Per Mårtensson made the kick off which started today's match. Smygehamn's Arne Hääger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Mårtensson in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Johnny Valrot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arne Hääger. Smygehamn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johnny Valrot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Arne Hääger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Mårtensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arne Holm got free with Bernt Täman in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arne Hääger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnny Valrot in the 19th minute of play. Arne Holm who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Bernt Täman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 22nd play minute Aron Friberger came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bernt Täman. 1-2. In the 26th minute, Helge Britz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Röddinge FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 28th match minute, Smygehamn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Harman to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Per Mårtensson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arne Hääger was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. A collision led to Smygehamn getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Arne Holm hit a great ball. Arne Hääger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Mårtensson's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Röddinge FF's Helge Britz got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Smygehamn getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Arne Holm hit a great ball. Arne Hääger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Mårtensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 47 minutes, Johnny Valrot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Röddinge FF and the Smygehamn players grew even worse after the yellow card. Helge Britz struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Arne Hääger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Röddinge FF. With his leg Arne Hääger managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Röddinge FF's Per Mårtensson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Herbert Hellgren came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Röddinge FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herbert Hellgren couldn't finish the play. After 62 played minutes Smygehamn got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Harman. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Per Mårtensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Röddinge FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Per Mårtensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arne Hääger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Herbert Hellgren came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Röddinge FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herbert Hellgren couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the match, Smygehamn's goalkeeper Arne Hääger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnny Valrot. Bernt Täman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Holm in the 69th minute of play. If Magne Lindholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Helge Britz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Hääger having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Per Mårtensson in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Hääger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Smygehamn getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Tobias Harman hit a great ball. Per Mårtensson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arne Hääger came out and tried to block the shot, but Per Mårtensson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 87th minute. Smygehamn's Arne Hääger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Helge Britz in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Röddinge FF's Per Mårtensson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arne Hääger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5.
