After 8 played minutes Caracas F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Paul Uggla. Douglas Nyman kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Sturefors FC's Bo Jansson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 19th minute, Sturefors FC's Charlie Tunström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 23 minutes into the game, Folke Möllgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Mats Rydelius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute, Paul Uggla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caracas F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Sturefors FC's Mats Rydelius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Uggla in the 29th minute of play. Mats Rydelius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Granström, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Magnus Holmgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charlie Tunström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hannes Jonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caracas F.C.'s Tony Siöberg got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mats Rydelius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folke Möllgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Sturefors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Granström came free, but Mats Rydelius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute Konrad Granström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mats Rydelius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Sturefors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Uggla came free, but Mats Rydelius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mats Rydelius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folke Möllgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konrad Granström in the 45th minute of play forced Sturefors FC's goalkeeper Mats Rydelius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mats Rydelius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Konrad Granström went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The wind increased when Hannes Jonsson made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Charlie Tunström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Magnus Holmgren was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Mats Rydelius made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Paul Uggla sent off a good shot on target. When Daniel Holmberg fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caracas F.C.'s protests and gave Daniel Holmberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Caracas F.C.'s Daniel Holmberg got a free kick in the 65th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charlie Tunström in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magnus Holmgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hannes Jonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hannes Jonsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Magnus Holmgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute Hannes Jonsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magnus Holmgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paul Uggla's late challenge caught a Sturefors FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paul Uggla helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th minute, Paul Uggla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hannes Jonsson took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Magnus Holmgren. Magnus Holmgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
