Göran Palm was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolf Lövgren in the 52nd minute of play forced Markaryd's goalkeeper David Ahlström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emrah İspinoz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of David Ahlström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The coaching staff of Kangos protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dag Apelkvist had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kangos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! Emrah İspinoz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Ahlström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play.
