Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bor FF's Magnus Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Ambjörnsson in the 2nd minute of play. With his leg John Olofsson managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Bor FF's Ingemar Klint fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Torgny Felin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Åkesson having to interfere. Bor FF's Magnus Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulf Siggesson in the 9th minute of play. Åke Löfskog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Olofsson having to interfere. After 13 minutes, Valdemar Wahlnäs mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fosterlandet and the Bor FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Fosterlandet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdemar Wahlnäs to maneuver through the defense. Magnus Åkesson didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Fosterlandet's Ulf Siggesson shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 28th minute, Ingemar Klint hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulf Siggesson in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magnus Åkesson saved Bor FF from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulf Siggesson in the 39th minute of play forced Bor FF's goalkeeper Magnus Åkesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fosterlandet's goalkeeper John Olofsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ulf Siggesson was the one to do the kick off. In the 57thth minute of the game Ingemar Klint who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fosterlandet's John Olofsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 58th minute, Karl Ambjörnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Evert Isaksson fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bor FF's protests and gave Evert Isaksson a yellow card for diving instead. After 61 minutes of play, Fosterlandet's Ulf Siggesson made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Magnus Åkesson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ulf Siggesson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Magnus Åkesson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 70th minute, Ulf Siggesson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Nils-Åke Månsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ingemar Klint scored 1-2 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of John Olofsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bor FF's Magnus Åkesson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Bor FF from getting a goal against them. John Olofsson came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Bor FF's Ingemar Klint. But to his dismay, Ingemar Klint quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. With a little luck, Bor FF's Magnus Åkesson got control of the ball when Ulf Siggesson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Despite being the better team, Bor FF failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
