The audience thought a goal was coming when Yan Machado got free with Sebastian Olsson in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Blattnicksele getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Dan Björk hit a great ball. With a little luck, Blattnicksele's Sebastian Olsson got control of the ball when Yan Machado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yan Machado scored 1-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Olsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sebastian Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yan Machado in the 20th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yan Machado got free with Sebastian Olsson in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Blattnicksele getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Sixten Hedström hit a great ball. Hermengildo Dino kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Angered FF's Victor Andreescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rune Hansson in the 27th minute of play. Edvard Willig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Sebastian Olsson made a huge save. Rune Hansson took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victor Andreescu. Victor Andreescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvard Willig in the 39th minute of play forced Blattnicksele's goalkeeper Sebastian Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Angered FF booed when Blattnicksele was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Hansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rune Hansson was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Hermengildo Dino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blattnicksele's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermengildo Dino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rune Hansson in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victor Andreescu saved Angered FF from getting behind. In the 55th minute, Ingvar Jönsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the game, Rune Hansson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Victor Andreescu. Rune Hansson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 62nd minute, Rune Hansson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Victor Andreescu. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Angered FF's goalkeeper Victor Andreescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 70 minutes into the match, Edvard Willig notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Blattnicksele's Sebastian Olsson. Sebastian Olsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hermengildo Dino kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Sebastian Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Ennegren in the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yan Machado in the 79th minute of play forced Blattnicksele's goalkeeper Sebastian Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th match minute, Blattnicksele was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Björk to maneuver through the defense. Angered FF's Edvard Willig got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victor Andreescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by C.J. Charles in the 83rd minute. 85 minutes into the match, Blattnicksele's goal looked a bit too open when Torsten Ahlroth came free, but Sebastian Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot by Sixten Hedström from long distance, 88 minutes into the match, got Victor Andreescu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Blattnicksele were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Angered FF's much stronger midfield.
