Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Urshult's Kenny Alebeck started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Kenny Alebeck came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Urshult fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kenny Alebeck couldn't finish the play. Kenny Alebeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Karl-Magnus Snäll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kenny Alebeck might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl-Magnus Snäll. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kenny Alebeck ran back to his position shaking his head. Bengt-Arne Ingvall made in the 11th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Urshult's Charlie Anundsson. In the 11th minute, Urshult's Kenny Alebeck dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 14th minute, Sakarias Persson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Urshult fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Karl-Magnus Snäll had great luck who in the 18thth minute grab hold of the ball when Kenny Alebeck from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Karl-Magnus Snäll was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Tage Åhman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tage Åhman really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Tage Åhman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Urshult's Eric Hult played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilgot Samuelsson in the 25th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sten Backman during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tage Åhman struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Karl-Magnus Snäll didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Urshult. Kenny Alebeck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Magnus Snäll read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. A hard shot 34 in the game by Sakarias Persson from a close distance when the talented Karl-Magnus Snäll managed to make a qualified save. Runmarö's players were relieved. Frank Sundén's late challenge caught a Runmarö's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ingemar Erserman to make the kick off. The supporters of Urshult booed when Runmarö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingemar Erserman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute Sten Backman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Magnus Snäll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tage Åhman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Runmarö's zone, Kenny Alebeck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Magnus Snäll came out of the goal and Kenny Alebeck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Kenny Alebeck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Magnus Snäll was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 95th minute Urshult were awarded a corner. Sakarias Persson went to the cornerflag to take it. Sakarias Persson made a great header on Urshult's corner, it was just that Runmarö's Karl-Magnus Snäll managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 98th minute Kenny Alebeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Magnus Snäll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
