Spectators: 4000 (Terracing: 3000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 7th minute, Birger Mellin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Bergsjö's Tim Hedman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Olle Hernström. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. In the 16th minute, Dag Strandberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th play minute Birger Mellin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Olle Hernström. 2-0. In the 19th match minute, Bergsjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Boklund to maneuver through the defense. Fabian Bivall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Björkman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot by Åke Ahlerot from long distance, 23 minutes into the match, got Olle Hernström's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 25th minute Tim Hedman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olle Hernström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 29 minutes, Tim Hedman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bergsjö's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tim Hedman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Joseph Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Cabo Verde fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Bergsjö a penalty, 37 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Åke Ahlerot, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Cabo Verde's Olle Hernström. 3-0. A sloppy throw-in by Adam Björck in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Bergsjö's Olof Larsson. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Birger Mellin in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olle Hernström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Birger Mellin to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Tim Hedman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bergsjö's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tim Hedman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Birger Mellin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olle Hernström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Tim Hedman notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of FC Cabo Verde's Olle Hernström. Olle Hernström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 61 minutes into the game, one of FC Cabo Verde:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Joseph Lindberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Olle Hernström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the game, Dick Arvidsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Cabo Verde's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bergsjö the free kick. After 66 played minutes FC Cabo Verde got a freekick which was hit by Dick Arvidsson. Birger Mellin struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Olle Hernström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bergsjö. Tim Hedman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bergsjö made a substitution. David Ahlqvist replaced Birger Mellin. If David Ahlqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Börge Uggla struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Olle Hernström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bergsjö. After 87 played minutes, Bergsjö's Börge Uggla shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Olle Hernström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bergsjö reached it. Olle Hernström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Ahlqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute of the match, Börje Åkerström got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fabian Bivall was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bergsjö's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
