After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Oskar Blomquist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tagga Långt IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Oskar Blomquist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elliot Wenerdahl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 8 minutes into the match, Edward Nordal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rudolf Mager. Tagga Långt IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edward Nordal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 13 minutes, Lennart De Kerper made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Homna BK's Elliot Wenerdahl tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Elliot Wenerdahl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lennart De Kerper's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Lennart De Kerper sped through Homna BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elliot Wenerdahl. Elliot Wenerdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart De Kerper in the 27th minute of the match. If Lennart De Kerper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 30 played minutes Tagga Långt IF got a freekick which was hit by Krister Siggesson. Elliot Wenerdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart De Kerper in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Ahlberg in the 34th minute of play forced Tagga Långt IF's goalkeeper Rudolf Mager to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roy Svensson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Rudolf Mager made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lennart De Kerper in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elliot Wenerdahl saved Homna BK from getting behind. In the 38thth minute of the game Lennart De Kerper who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Homna BK's Elliot Wenerdahl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elliot Wenerdahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart De Kerper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lennart De Kerper in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elliot Wenerdahl saved Homna BK from getting behind. Elliot Wenerdahl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lennart De Kerper's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lennart De Kerper to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Tagga Långt IF's Oskar Blomquist ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Elliot Wenerdahl. Elliot Wenerdahl yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. In the 57th match minute, Homna BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Oskar Ek to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th match minute, Homna BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Svensson to maneuver through the defense. Elliot Wenerdahl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oskar Blomquist in the 60th minute. Tagga Långt IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lennart De Kerper in the 62nd minute. Tagga Långt IF's Lennart De Kerper was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Elliot Wenerdahl in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 64th minute, Oskar Blomquist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elliot Wenerdahl was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. David Ahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rudolf Mager was left in no man's land by his defense there! 85 minutes into the match, Lennart De Kerper had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elliot Wenerdahl. After a defensive mix-up in Homna BK's zone, Oskar Blomquist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elliot Wenerdahl came out of the goal and Oskar Blomquist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lennart De Kerpers short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Elliot Wenerdahl to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 92nd minute, Ian Pihl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elliot Wenerdahl made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Lennart De Kerper sent off a good shot on target. Tagga Långt IF's Einar Holmstedt got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 97th minute, Lennart De Kerper fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Elliot Wenerdahl, passed just outside the right post. When the final whistle sounded Tagga Långt IF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Homna BK.
