Spectators: 7178 (Terracing: 5385, Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 142) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Samuelsson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Daniel Samuelsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Kenny Åkerman made a huge save. Niclas Ivarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Brolin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tänndalen's Kenny Åkerman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Samuelsson in the 8th minute of play. Daniel Samuelsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Fränsta BK's goal looked a bit too open when Rasmus Söderqwist came free, but Niclas Ivarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gunnar Brask got a throw-in 27 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Dan Brolin. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Roger Skoglund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fränsta BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Roger Skoglund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenny Åkerman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rickard Asmundsson during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rickard Asmundsson hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. John Lövskog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Daniel Samuelsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fränsta BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Sonny Rudqvist struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Kenny Åkerman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fränsta BK. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rasmus Söderqwist made a kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Stig-Ove Gustavsson in the 52nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Fränsta BK's Joakim Åström. Sonny Rudqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kenny Åkerman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sonny Rudqvist ran back to his position shaking his head. John Lövskog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimmy Ek charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimmy Ek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Fränsta BK booed when Tänndalen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimmy Ek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sonny Rudqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Kenny Åkerman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niclas Ivarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Brolin in the 71st minute of play. Kenny Åkerman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonny Rudqvist in the 76th minute of the match. Fränsta BK's Daniel Samuelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 82 minutes of play, Fränsta BK's Daniel Samuelsson made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kenny Åkerman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sonny Rudqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Yu Chao fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fränsta BK's protests and gave Yu Chao a yellow card for diving instead. After 92 played minutes Fränsta BK got a freekick which was hit by Yu Chao. The audience was convinced that Daniel Samuelsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kenny Åkerman was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fränsta BK had played much better football throughout.
