After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Börge Qvarnström to make the kick off. Michel Bocklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Öman having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Kurmanci's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Karl-Johan Igelström fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 57 minutes into the match, Kurmanci's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Johan Igelström came free, but Kevin Öman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kevin Öman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Johan Igelström, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 72nd minute, Karl-Johan Igelström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee gave Kurt Bruse a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 83 played minutes Kurmanci got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Bruse. After a rather tough play, Tumba's Eric Pihlgren got a free kick in the 85th minute. A collision led to Tumba getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Mats Kleen hit a great ball. Ragnar Ekerot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börje Hansson in the 90th minute of play. Tumba were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Kurmanci to leave the ground with a draw.
