The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Namık Kemal İspirli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Humlabjers FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Namık Kemal İspirli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kevin Öman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 9 minutes of play, Humlabjers FF's Ragnar Björklund made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kevin Öman was left in no man's land by his defense there! In a very dangerous position, a player in Kurmanci fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! Niclas Samuelsson walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Kurmanci's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Namık Kemal İspirli 21 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. The supporters of Humlabjers FF booed when Kurmanci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Billing didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ragnar Björklund scored 5-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kevin Öman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Ragnar Björklund put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Kevin Öman. Kevin Öman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ragnar Björklund in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Börge Qvarnström to make the kick off. Kevin Öman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ragnar Björklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Namık Kemal İspirli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Kevin Öman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the match, Kurmanci's goal looked a bit too open when Namık Kemal İspirli came free, but Kevin Öman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Holger Fristedt's late challenge caught a Kurmanci's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Holger Fristedt helped the player get up and apologised. Holger Fristedt hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Kevin Öman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Namık Kemal İspirli in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to Kurmanci getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Victor Billing hit a great ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kurmanci fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! In the 88th minute, Ragnar Björklund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ragnar Björklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Öman having to interfere. If Namık Kemal İspirli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Humlabjers FF had played much better football throughout.
