In the 3rd minute, Hugo Friberger made a precise shot to the right of Stig-Åke Axelsson. Borgafjäll FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 6th minute Isaac Nilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Normando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Joakim Hellström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stig-Åke Axelsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 17th minute, Adrian Henriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Borgafjäll FK's Stig-Åke Axelsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Borgafjäll FK from getting a goal against them. Isaac Nilsson charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaac Nilsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isaac Nilsson hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. The supporters of FK Velez Mostar booed when Borgafjäll FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Östlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Nilsson in the 33rd minute of play forced FK Velez Mostar's goalkeeper Cristo Normando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Borgafjäll FK's Wiktor Cane nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristo Normando made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Aaron Söderlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Douglas Eriksson to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Douglas Eriksson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Stig-Åke Axelsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute Joakim Hellström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig-Åke Axelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 59 minutes of play, FK Velez Mostar's Aaron Söderlund made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stig-Åke Axelsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aaron Söderlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig-Åke Axelsson having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Douglas Eriksson notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Borgafjäll FK's Stig-Åke Axelsson. Stig-Åke Axelsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 67th match minute, FK Velez Mostar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Henriksson to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FK Velez Mostar's zone, Herman Hedin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Normando came out of the goal and Herman Hedin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stig-Åke Axelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Henriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Aaron Söderlund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stig-Åke Axelsson. Borgafjäll FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aaron Söderlund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Douglas Eriksson might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stig-Åke Axelsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Douglas Eriksson ran back to his position shaking his head. Douglas Eriksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stig-Åke Axelsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Wiktor Cane hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the match, FK Velez Mostar's Douglas Eriksson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stig-Åke Axelsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristo Normando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Nilsson in the 79th minute of the match. Stig-Åke Axelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Henriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Borgafjäll FK's Stig-Åke Axelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Henriksson in the 85th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Douglas Eriksson put it in 9-1 from a short distance just to the right of Stig-Åke Axelsson. There was no doubt that FK Velez Mostar were the better team. FK Velez Mostar's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
