The audience thought a goal was coming when Josef Nyberg got free with Anthon Frisk in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anthon Frisk was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 94 minutes into the game, Dala-Järna's Patric Wennerberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anthon Frisk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dala-Järna had played much better football throughout.
