Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Brålanda's Jonas Skog started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonas Skog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Olof Bank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Daniel Ekblom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Releasy Linköping fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Olof Bank showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Skog in the 16th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, John Collin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olof Bank. Releasy Linköping's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that John Collin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The Brålanda fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Brålanda's John Collin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 29th minute Jonas Skog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olof Bank saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Skog in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olof Bank prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Daniel Ekblom came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Releasy Linköping fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Ekblom couldn't finish the play. John Collin scored 4-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olof Bank, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th minute, Brålanda's Jonas Skog dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Ekblom made a kick off. John Collin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Bank having to interfere. When Brålanda's Jonas Skog in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Releasy Linköping's goalie prevented a goal. Mikael Nordlund came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Releasy Linköping's Kenny Västerstrand. But to his dismay, Kenny Västerstrand quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Releasy Linköping's Daniel Ekblom got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Brålanda's goalkeeper Mikael Nordlund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Releasy Linköping's zone, Jonas Skog stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olof Bank came out of the goal and Jonas Skog tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Ekblom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jonas Skog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Skog might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olof Bank. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonas Skog ran back to his position shaking his head. When Brålanda's John Collin in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Releasy Linköping's goalie prevented a goal. In the 88th minute, Jonas Skog got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. John Collin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Olof Bank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Releasy Linköping players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Brålanda.
