Spectators: 3 (Terracing: 1, Seating: 1, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gösta Ljungberg kicked off to start the match. In the 4th match minute, Vankiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Magnus Gerdberg to maneuver through the defense. Vilgot Boman was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Peter Fristedt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Peter Fristedt really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Peter Fristedt came free with the goalkeeper in the 11th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vilgot Boman could save by the left post. If Peter Fristedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nils Burman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gösta Ljungberg in the 23rd minute of play. Vankiva's Karl-Magnus Sandberg got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Marsfjäll BF's goalkeeper Vilgot Boman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peter Fristedt. Marsfjäll BF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Karl-Magnus Gerdberg scored to the left of an out of position Vilgot Boman, making the score, 2-0. In the 32nd match minute, Vankiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jörgen Asklöv to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Marsfjäll BF defense, Peter Fristedt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vilgot Boman. The Marsfjäll BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vilgot Boman should have stopped the shot. Karl-Magnus Sandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Vilgot Boman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Magnus Gerdberg struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Vilgot Boman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vankiva. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Magnus Sandberg in the 48th minute of play forced Marsfjäll BF's goalkeeper Vilgot Boman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karl-Magnus Gerdberg to strike the kick off in the second half. When Peter Fristedt came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Vankiva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter Fristedt couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Marsfjäll BF's zone, Karl-Magnus Sandberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vilgot Boman came out of the goal and Karl-Magnus Sandberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Marsfjäll BF getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Svante Erserman hit a great ball. Karl-Magnus Sandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Vilgot Boman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vilgot Boman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Fristedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marsfjäll BF's Svante Erserman got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Peter Fristedt notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Marsfjäll BF's Vilgot Boman. Vilgot Boman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Marsfjäll BF defense, Karl-Magnus Gerdberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vilgot Boman. The Marsfjäll BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vilgot Boman should have stopped the shot. Valentin Åberg charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentin Åberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Valentin Åberg hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Karl-Magnus Sandberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marsfjäll BF's Stig Bergqvist quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Kristian Anundsson, made in the 90th minute of the game. Peter Fristedt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vilgot Boman having to make a save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Vankiva had played much better football throughout.
