The crowd rose to their feet as FILTENS if's Robin Berggren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Malcolm Wallin. That made the score 1-1 after 9 minutes of play. Edmund Arvidsson's late challenge caught a Bollnäs IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmund Arvidsson helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 played minutes FILTENS if got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Arvidsson. With a little luck, Bollnäs IF's Malcolm Wallin got control of the ball when Klas Christoffersson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Bollnäs IF's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Berggren came free, but Malcolm Wallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Arvin Jelm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Algren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niklas Kinell hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Bollnäs IF's goalkeeper Malcolm Wallin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robin Berggren. Bollnäs IF's Malcolm Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Söderqwist in the 46th minute of play. Arvin Jelm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brian Söderqwist made a kick off. Bollnäs IF's Malcolm Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klas Christoffersson in the 53rd minute of play. Malcolm Wallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Arvidsson in the 56th minute of the match. Valter Ekerot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Kurt Algren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kurt Algren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Clementsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Malcolm Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brian Söderqwist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FILTENS if had won after a very even match.
