Spectators: 7251 (Terracing: 5440, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Örjan Zachrisson started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Töre's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tord Salkvist was slow to take the kick. During this time TeamBatigol's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on TeamBatigol's corner Tord Salkvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fred Alén quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ragnar Vertmann in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fred Alén prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Töre getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Staffan Winström hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, Staffan Winström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bernt Fagerberg, 1-0. When TeamBatigol's Karl-Michael Björklund in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Töre's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of TeamBatigol booed when Töre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Staffan Winström didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Töre's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Vertmann came free, but Fred Alén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Brian Wikander came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Töre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brian Wikander couldn't finish the play. In the 26th minute, Töre's Örjan Zachrisson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bernt Fagerberg. Bernt Fagerberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After 30 minutes of play, Töre's Brian Wikander made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernt Fagerberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tord Salkvist during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tord Salkvist hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Bernt Fagerberg was a little too slow when Hampus Ivarsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 4-0. TeamBatigol's Bernt Fagerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Staffan Winström in the 39th minute of play. TeamBatigol's Bernt Fagerberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save TeamBatigol from getting a goal against them. In the 41st minute, Töre's Staffan Winström ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bernt Fagerberg. Bernt Fagerberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Fred Alén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Vertmann in the 45th minute of the match. Fred Alén came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by TeamBatigol's Ragnar Vertmann. But to his dismay, Ragnar Vertmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ragnar Vertmann to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Töre's Staffan Winström got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Karl-Michael Björklund took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fred Alén. Fred Alén dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Bernt Fagerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Wikander in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Staffan Winström in the 63rd minute of play forced TeamBatigol's goalkeeper Bernt Fagerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as TeamBatigol's Ragnar Vertmann slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fred Alén. That made the score 5-3 after 74 minutes of play. Fred Alén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragnar Vertmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl-Michael Björklund did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-4 to the left of a surprised Fred Alén 80 minutes into the match. After 84 played minutes, TeamBatigol's Patrick Stigsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fred Alén came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in TeamBatigol reached it. After 86 minutes, Valentin Svanberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Töre and the TeamBatigol players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 86 played minutes Töre got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Svanberg. Fred Alén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ragnar Vertmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. There was no doubt that Töre were the better team. Töre's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
