Tasos Kostantelos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Sellberg having to interfere. In the 12th minute, William Smedfeldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frank Sellberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tasos Kostantelos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the game, Tasos Kostantelos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Frank Sellberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 22nd match minute, Nordanstigs FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William Smedfeldt to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the game, Ted Larsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skanör's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nordanstigs FF the free kick. After 23 played minutes Skanör got a freekick which was hit by Ted Larsson. If William Smedfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. William Smedfeldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute, Tasos Kostantelos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frank Sellberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Tasos Kostantelos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frank Sellberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Frank Sellberg came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Nordanstigs FF's Bernt Uggstedt. But to his dismay, Bernt Uggstedt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. William Smedfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Nordanstigs FF were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ted Larsson to make the kick off. If William Smedfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tasos Kostantelos came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Nordanstigs FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tasos Kostantelos couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute Bernt Uggstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Sellberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Skanör's goalkeeper Frank Sellberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernt Uggstedt. An unexpected shot in the 62nd minute by Bernt Uggstedt got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Tasos Kostantelos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nordanstigs FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Tasos Kostantelos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frank Sellberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frank Sellberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tasos Kostantelos, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Frank Sellberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tasos Kostantelos in the 70th minute of play. Bernt Uggstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Sellberg having to interfere. The supporters of Nordanstigs FF booed when Skanör was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenneth Karlsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. William Smedfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Nordanstigs FF's Tasos Kostantelos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Frank Sellberg. Frank Sellberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Tasos Kostantelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Nordanstigs FF's Bernt Uggstedt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Frank Sellberg. That made the score 0-6 after 80 minutes of play. The supporters of Skanör booed when Nordanstigs FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernt Uggstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bernt Uggstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tasos Kostantelos might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frank Sellberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tasos Kostantelos ran back to his position shaking his head. William Smedfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Frank Sellberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
