Alf Ekberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Lustig in the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Rotebro IS's Edmund Lindberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Manfred Kullander. Manfred Kullander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rotebro IS's goalkeeper Alf Ekberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmund Lindberg was the one to do the kick off. Valdemar Åhman kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Alf Ekberg came out of the goal and Albert Hallgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ivar Lustig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Ekberg having to interfere. The supporters of Bullmark booed when Rotebro IS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gösta Andreasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Ivar Lustig dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alf Ekberg, 1-4. Bullmark played a much better game than Rotebro IS and deserved their victory. The Rotebro IS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
