In the 27th minute Peter Lundblad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alf Ekberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The wind increased when Edmund Lindberg made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bengt Pilgren got free with Alf Ekberg in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rotebro IS's Alf Ekberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Rotebro IS from getting a goal against them. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olof Pååk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Jason United getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Ove Wennerström hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Eliasson in the 83rd minute of play forced Jason United's goalkeeper Olof Pååk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christofer Kadfors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Rotebro IS's zone, Peter Lundblad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alf Ekberg came out of the goal and Peter Lundblad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edmund Lindberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Olof Pååk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jason United were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
