The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Calle Hellbom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dynamo Sóprón 1956's supporters rose to their feet, but Calle Hellbom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tord Svanér breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tord Svanér showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boycho Litov in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th match minute, Åseda IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calle Alefors to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Boycho Litov fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 22nd minute, Boycho Litov made a precise shot to the right of Tord Svanér. Åseda IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Åseda IF's Tord Svanér proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Åseda IF from getting a goal against them. Tord Svanér stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boycho Litov's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd match minute, Åseda IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calle Alefors to maneuver through the defense. When Dynamo Sóprón 1956's Boycho Litov in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Åseda IF's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Hallgren in the 35th minute of play forced Åseda IF's goalkeeper Tord Svanér to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Robert Blixt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Åseda IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Blixt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dynamo Sóprón 1956's supporters rose to their feet, but Boycho Litov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boycho Litov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tord Svanér having to interfere. If Calle Hellbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calle Hellbom in the 45th minute of play forced Åseda IF's goalkeeper Tord Svanér to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Blixt to make the kick off. Birger Bivall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tord Svanér stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boycho Litov's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. After 54 minutes, Calle Alefors mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åseda IF and the Dynamo Sóprón 1956 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Åseda IF's Calle Alefors got a free kick in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Åseda IF's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Hallgren came free, but Tord Svanér reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Börge Backlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Blixt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Filip Hallgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Boycho Litov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dynamo Sóprón 1956 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 67th play minutes Boycho Litov shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Tord Svanér and just under the crossbar into goal. Tord Svanér came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Dynamo Sóprón 1956's Birger Bivall. But to his dismay, Birger Bivall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. When Boycho Litov came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Dynamo Sóprón 1956 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boycho Litov couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the match, Dynamo Sóprón 1956's goalkeeper Börge Backlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christoffer Smefeldt. Åseda IF's Christoffer Smefeldt was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 78th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 84 minutes of play, Dynamo Sóprón 1956's Birger Bivall made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tord Svanér was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boycho Litov in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tord Svanér saved Åseda IF from getting behind. Calle Hellbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tord Svanér having to interfere. When Dynamo Sóprón 1956's Boycho Litov in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Åseda IF's goalie prevented a goal. Calle Hellbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tord Svanér having to interfere. Boycho Litov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tord Svanér having to make a save. In the 96th minute Boycho Litov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Svanér saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Dynamo Sóprón 1956 were the better team. Dynamo Sóprón 1956's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
