Jan-Ove Nordlander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Snell in the 6th minute of play. Kjell-Arne Snell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Ove Nordlander having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kim Paulin got free with Jan-Ove Nordlander in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jan-Ove Nordlander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Snell, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Ljungsarp's Christoffer Kihlman got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan-Ove Nordlander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell-Arne Snell in the 16th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Kjell-Arne Snell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Targaryen FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kjell-Arne Snell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Ove Nordlander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christoffer Kihlman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kim Paulin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jan-Ove Nordlander firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 27th minute, Tomas Knuppel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Ove Nordlander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Snell, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Kjell-Arne Snell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Ove Nordlander having to interfere. Targaryen FF's Kim Paulin got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Targaryen FF booed when Ljungsarp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristian Hellsing didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ljungsarp's zone, Kjell-Arne Snell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Ove Nordlander came out of the goal and Kjell-Arne Snell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Ljungsarp's Rasmus Wästerberg got a free kick in the 44th minute. Ljungsarp's Jan-Ove Nordlander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell-Arne Snell in the 45th minute of play. Kim Paulin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Jan-Ove Nordlander made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christoffer Kihlman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Markus Häger's late challenge caught a Targaryen FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Markus Häger helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ljungsarp's Markus Häger got a free kick in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Targaryen FF's Kim Paulin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan-Ove Nordlander narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 57th minute Kjell-Arne Snell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ove Nordlander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th match minute, Ljungsarp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Markus Häger to maneuver through the defense. If Kjell-Arne Snell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, Ljungsarp's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell-Arne Snell came free, but Jan-Ove Nordlander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Paulin in the 73rd minute of play forced Ljungsarp's goalkeeper Jan-Ove Nordlander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kim Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kim Paulin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stellan Cane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the game, Ted Drewitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ljungsarp's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Targaryen FF the free kick. Kim Paulin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Targaryen FF's Kjell-Arne Snell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan-Ove Nordlander narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Targaryen FF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ljungsarp for a fine match.
