To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 36 minutes into the match, Tian's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Ekberg came free, but Isak Ståhlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Lundhberg in the 39th minute of play forced Vegby BF's goalkeeper Erik Mattsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Tian's goalkeeper Isak Ståhlberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivan Ekberg. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Per-Erik Hedlund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. It was a penalty for Tian! Ivan Ekberg placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Isak Ståhlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Danielsson in the 98th minute of play. Per-Erik Hedlund kicked well hit freekick during the 100th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 101st minute, Kurt Åman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vegby BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurt Åman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isak Ståhlberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vegby BF had won after a very even match.
