Edvard Forsberg was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Konrad Smitt. Casper Mager made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krister Lidström in the 18th minute of play. Medyr Finkley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Edvard Forsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rikard Sefastsson scored 1-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edvard Forsberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rikard Sefastsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvard Forsberg having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Medyr Finkley took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Edvard Forsberg to make any attempt to save it. Gert Unesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Konrad Smitt hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Casper Mager showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janusz Gierasik in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Janusz Gierasik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Medyr Finkley made the kick off in the second half. When Medyr Finkley came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Sanyang fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Medyr Finkley couldn't finish the play. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sanyang's goalkeeper Casper Mager, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Sanyang getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Johannes Forsberg hit a great ball. Lars Lundhberg charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lars Lundhberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lars Lundhberg kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 63rd play minutes Krister Lidström shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Casper Mager and just under the crossbar into goal. 68 minutes into the match, Medyr Finkley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edvard Forsberg. Chivaz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Medyr Finkley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Krister Lidström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 82 played minutes Chivaz got a freekick which was hit by Christian Andersson. In the 84th minute of the match Sixten Biörkquist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edvard Forsberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edvard Forsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Medyr Finkley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Chivaz's Christian Andersson got a free kick in the 88th minute. Edvard Forsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Medyr Finkley in the 94th minute of play. Johannes Edström's late challenge caught a Chivaz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johannes Edström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th match minute, Sanyang was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Edström to maneuver through the defense.
