Spectators: 6630 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1520, VIP seats: 110) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ingvar Sandell got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Lund's zone, Adam Karlsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. John Ekström came out of the goal and Adam Karlsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfons Kihlman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Herman Wall when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lund's Alfons Kihlman got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adam Karlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Ekström having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Andreas Dahlbom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. John Ekström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Tanumshede FK booed when Lund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Söderqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. John Ekström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Karlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute, Maximilian Hedlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ingvar Sandell came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Lund fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Sandell couldn't finish the play. After 43 minutes, Tommy Söderqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lund and the Tanumshede FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Tommy Söderqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andreas Dahlbom made a kick off. Alfons Kihlman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herman Wall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Sandell in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Ingvar Sandell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Wall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 played minutes Tanumshede FK got a freekick which was hit by Adam Karlsson. John Ekström made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Adam Karlsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute, Tanumshede FK's Andreas Dahlbom dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Adam Karlsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without John Ekström having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Andreas Dahlbom kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving John Ekström. That made the score 1-3 in the 97 minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tanumshede FK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
