The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Vallgren got free with Mats Dahlbom in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st match minute, Los Blancos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo-Erik Gernberg to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the game, Andreas Söderqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Joachim Östensson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Los Blancos getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Gustav Valler hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Los Blancos's Jaime Morales seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jaime Morales the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Los Blancos protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jaime Morales had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After the first half Addes Goa Gubbar were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ian Bäcklin to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Ian Bäcklin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joachim Östensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 郑宁克 in the 55th minute of the match. 赵骏兴 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mats Dahlbom having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustav Wallin during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gustav Wallin kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Ian Bäcklin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Joachim Östensson made a huge save. Joachim Östensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Söderqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
