Casper Hammarbäck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Deckbergh in the 16th minute of the match. Casper Hammarbäck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexander Nordin went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Sjömarken's Casper Hammarbäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Nordin in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Nils Wennerberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 41st minute, FC Djuuu's Lennart Boberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lennart Boberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Djuuu protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lennart Boberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 42nd match minute, FC Djuuu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lennart Boberg to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Alvar Lund made the kick off in the second half.
